I started in 1985 as a 28 year old salesman with Tysons Corner Jeep in Va. I soon found out I truly enjoyed the art of selling. My competitive nature drove me to be number one. Year after year I was the top salesman. I earned Chrysler's Gold status 5 times . I earned my ring with four diamonds. I was promoted to sales manager in 1991. That lasted a few years before I wanted to move back to the Carolina's. We chose Charlotte NC in 1995, and I am still here 22 years later. I started again as a salesman with Hunter Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I worked my way up to sales manager again where we enjoyed success in selling 200 plus units per month for several years. In 1997 I became the very first Internet Manager. They put me in a small room, I would describe as a closet with a PC. That is where their Internet / BDC department was born! In 1998 I was hired as the New Car Sales Director for Honda of Concord (Hendrick Automotive). Over the next 10 years we had a tremendous amount of success. We achieved Honda's prestigious President's Award 5 times. We opened a brand new state of the art dealership down the street from Lowes Motor Speedway. We averaged over 350 new and used units per month. We hired and trained and maintained a sales staff of 30 plus salespeople. Training became a part of my passion to give back! I was instrumental in starting their first Internet/BDC Department. In 2009 I was hired as the New car sales manager at Saturn of Charlotte/ Mitsubishi. In 2010 I joined Scott Clark Honda (AMSI) in Charlotte. During my tenure I held many positions including Internet/BDC manager, Sales/Closer/Trainer and Assistant Service Writer/Manager. Over the next 8 years we achieved great success through providing excellent service to all our customers. Again I was part of a team that earned Honda's Prestigious President's Award. I was also privileged to be part of another grand opening of a brand new Honda facility. . In 2018 I joined Triple Threatt Solutions and teamed up with my former GM Randy Threatt. AtTriple Threatt we offer automotive consulting, and specialize in sales, service and finance training. We also have 2 Digital Platforms that use Artificial Intelligence that helps dealerships convert website shoppers into leads. We currently have over 800 dealerships successfully using our platform. This has become our main focus over the last 4 years. .
