About Sara B. Spataro

Responsible, patient and industrious professional who aims to bridge the gap between technology and people. While answering questions at the Reference Desk, I aim to individualize the transaction inquiry to better help people find the information they need. I also handle researching a plethora of topics and properly handle technological questions with Android and Apple devices, various laptops and on demand printouts. I have accrued experience teaching classes in Dropbox, Google Suite, PayPal, Videoshop, Quik and also various online shopping websites. Each class is given with a short lecture and demonstration with a question and answer session. These classes are well attended and received and the students are given tutorials to take home. I have also built a rapport with clients with one on one technology sessions. These sessions have covered such programs as Instagram, Facebook, and Microsoft Excel just to name a few. During these private classes, I have also helped people become more familiar with devices such as iPhones, iPads, Google Chrome tablets, HP Laptops among many others. I also enjoy professional development courses on Information Technology, COVID-19 Safety and Libraries, and Collection and various Tutorial Video Applications.
