Leading a team of Support Engineers I coordinate the implementation phase and the support phase of medium-large scale projects in the Energy industry.My role covers from the PM tasks (responsibility to manage the project on time & budget, to meet contract requirements, to coordinate trainings, SOW and the contact with the customer) to the Technical guidance of the projects (responsible for capturing technical requirements, implementing the solution according to customer specification, integration with customer systems, customer training).

RCS is an Italian market leader involved in the development and marketing of Lawful Interception and Investigation Support systems.I was in charge of finding solutions and technologies in order to address the developers to design the systems of the future.Moreover I was the technical Account for foreign markets, responsible of:- collecting requirements from the customers- architectural design- RFI/RFP/RFQ/SoC (Statement of Compliance) answers- Pilot/Demo projects setup and follow-up

Leading a small developement team, I developed CPEs and optical2electrical media converters for the Network Access, acquiring deep knowledge over communication and network environments.

As Hardware/Firmware designer in the motorsport-automotive environment, I followed the whole lifecycle of several electronic projects, acquiring good experience in both design and project management.Developed systems were mostly for motosport Teams and prototypes for Ferrari Auto s.p.a.

Responsible of the drafting of the specification and the testing of electronic equipment developed in co-design by 3rd party manufacturers.
