CurrentI joined RBSM as an audit and advisory services partner in February 2013. I have obtained a wide range of experience from working in both public accounting and private industry. I have extensive international work experience. As an audit and assurance partner, I specialize in the audit of public companies and private entrepreneurial businesses. I have domestic as well as international audit clients. My experience with financial reporting is at all levels and am therefore able to advise on the GAAP and IFRS requirements for different entities.My audit and assurance experience and portfolio of clients covers publicly listed companies in the US and on AIM, private companies and flow through entities across a range of industry sectors (e.g., life sciences, technology, manufacturing, professional services) operating both within the US and Internationally. I specialize in both US GAAP and IFRS requirements for financial reporting and assist various clients on technical financial reporting matters (e.g., revenue recognition, derivatives). My responsibilities within the firm include the coordination and development of the firm’s auditing methodology team. I have also presented on IFRS and other technical accounting issues at the Russell Bedford International conferences. In addition to auditing and financial reporting, I provide clients advice on corporate structuring issues, debt and equity capital transactions, valuations and internal control matters.
