This position is a community-based role that requires me to regularly interact with the World of Warcraft community through social media posts, event coordination, and one-on-one engagement with notable figures within the community. My responsibilities include producing and managing documentation for Esports tournaments, managing community outreach efforts, creating graphics for event information and social media content, and writing, editing, and publishing articles.

The Andrew Goodman Foundation is a nonpartisan and nonprofit organization that utilizes student cohorts across the country to educate and empower the next generation of future leaders through student ambassadorships in the VoteEverywhere program. My role as a student team leader on my campus granted me the responsiblities of recruiting and training new student ambassadors while also serving in the position. I established and maintained campus partnerships with various student organizations within Towson University and with other nonprofit organizations off-campus, managed the organization's digital presence across various social media platforms, created and distributed resources digitally and in-person, and hosted events on behalf of the organization with the intent of educating and empowering other students on campus. The organization supported my efforts by providing various training seminars, providing leadership in direction in work, and by hosting an annual Summit of Leadership to connect the national network of ambassadors.

This position required me to work both independently and with a plethora of campus organizations to promote a civically engaged environment responsive to community and campus needs. My focus in this role was on political engagement, and granted me experience in moderating discussions on campus, speaking at public events, attending conference on behalf of Towson University, establishing and managing partnerships with outside organizations, and planning/organizing large events in great detail. Outside of these responsibilities, I played a supportive role to administrative leaders in the office to organize and attend events on campus while providing a student perspective in affairs.
