When I joined Linc Communications, I was relatively inexperienced in sales. When I left, I felt like a seasoned salesperson, ready to bring my newly sharpened set of skills to Realm Digital. While here, I managed day-to-day sales activities to drive revenue growth while also maintaining and improving client relationships to ensure retention. I was also involved in the development of new business opportunities, seeking out prospective clients for the company. What I learned here has helped me drive revenue growth for Realm Digital and maintain relationships with our clients, such as Volkswagen and Woolworths.

While working as a network administrator for Dimension Data, I provided IT support in a corporate environment. This included the maintenance of servers, the development and implementation of helpdesk procedures, and the recovery and backup of valuable data. I also delivered technical support for the iTax project and implemented Service Level Agreements. This experience gave me a process-driven mindset, which has helped me immensely as a businessperson. As a network administrator, you have to be able to manage a wide variety of potential problems while also developing processes that allow you to remain ahead of the curve. Since moving to Realm Digital, this experience has helped me continuously learn and improve not only myself but also the business I lead.
