• Focus on Appels and Federal Court Matters; particularly stay motions and judicial reviews of negative decisions from the Refugee Protection Division, Refugee Appeal Division, Immigration Division, Immigration Appeal Division and Officers on Pre-Removal Risk Assessments, H&C Applications and Danger Opinions.• Appearances in front of all branches of the Immigration and Refugee Board as well as the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal• Extensive work on criminality, inadmissibility issues and long-term detention cases.• Collaborated with Amnesty International and invited University of Toronto students preparing the IHRP Report, "We Have No Rights;" to observe the detention review of a long-term detainee. Currently focused on a number of civil suits against the Canadian government from Immigration Detention

Invented the World's first precision hand-held threading device for facial hair removal. With Patents now in U.S., Canada and Europe - pending in India. Currently seeking investment/partnership to bring this device to market

• Prepared oral and written legal arguments. Conducted examinations under oath. Appeared in front of various tribunals as well as the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Participated in mediations, arbitrations, pre-trial conferences and discoveries.
