President and founder of Ono Brewing Company, Chantilly, VA. Designed, managed, and executed the construction of Ono Brewing Company, a 6800sf microbrewery in Chantilly, VA. Ono was a dream made into a reality in just 11 short months. Planned, and executed the project on schedule and within budget. Navigated Fairfax County permitting; managing engineers, architects, and trade contractors; and personally built much of the brewery. Together with my beautiful wife we turned our dream into a profitable company in less than 2 years, turned our annual anniversary event into the largest Hawaiian Cultural Event in Northern Virginia, DC and Maryland, and now distribute our beer all over Northern Virginia, Richmond and Virginia Beach! Current positions include Owner/President, Head Brewer, Assistant Tasting Room Manager, Marketing Assistant, and Director of Janitorial Services.
