About Dr. S. Bianca Bailey
I am excited to work in global water matters!Hi I am Bianca, Earth traveler, inventor, multi-engineer, teacher, entrepreneur, multi-instrumentalist, White House Champion of Change for Women & Girls in S.T.E.M.! My career has been shaped around consulting in international development as it relates to water policy, design & implementation of water treatment technologies, addressing water quality, management and access in Africa, Asia and America! I design protocols, materials, water treatment systems and test the effectiveness to best mitigate phosphorus and other environmental contaminants. The goal is to reduce eutrophication and algal outbreaks in regards to non-point and point source pollution in agriculture and beyond. I am also looking for an opportunity to network with professionals in the field of water policy to improve the quality of water for humankind. Thank you for this opportunity.

This work demonstrated that iron-based industrial by-products showed proof of concept by reducing phosphorus fertilizer on farms as well as investigating the effect of onsite water treatment of cow wastewater.
