I've been passionate about electronics since the age of 7, when I took apart my Dad's old radio / tape deck, and then removed all of the electronics with a soldering iron, and then proceeded to check out and read every electronics projects book in the little local library. Since then I've been involved in the design of motion detectors, cell phones, motherboards, miniature servers, FPGA boards, and processor testers; initially as a design engineer, a systems engineer, and then later as a design architect. In the last few years I was heavily involved in developing the 5G standard and small scale manufacturing of test vehicles. Currently I'm focused on power delivery for processors, running some simulations, and mainly reviewing and approving simulations of all processors before release to manufacturing.In my spare time I enjoy doing mechanical designs, 3D printing, CNC machining (metal, wood, plastic), woodworking, metalworking, sawmilling, and running a small farm.
