This LinkdIn account is about my passion and my talent, not my education and experience. I am seeking opportunities to work with people that are making tangible things. Working with machines to create new tools and fixtures. At the end of the day I want to help sweep the floor because we were busy. Who is 'we'? Academic researchers, people who know what they need and need help making it.My background in technology and my passion for machines has led me to the domain of physical computing. My shop is my playground and has now produced two CNC machines designed and built from scratch. I have experience in custom wood work, fabrication, manual machining, CNC operation, CAD and CAM. Yes I have a degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, a security clearance and a customer facing roll in my daily job, but we don't make things outside the digital world. I am moving to the tangible side of technology. Please join me.

I design and build almost everything I touch. I use the different areas of my shop to create everything from welded fixtures to precision machined parts. I can fabricate cabinetry and CNC repeated parts. I can design concepts in 3D and create tool paths to machine them. What I do may be drawn on a napkin, or completely engineered out.
