Work in and understand the processes of warehouse and as per the requirements of the customer and after in depth analysis, work for designing the solution i.e. planning and designing for warehouse and distribution.In the warehouse, I gained valuable hands-on experience in handling inbound operations. This included coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, ensuring timely receipt and placement of goods. To improve the productivity of the workforce, I worked on calculating manpower productivity by analyzing data such as time and motion studies and operational metrics. I played a role in analyzing requests for quotes (RFQs) for potential clients. This involved studying their specific logistics requirements, conducting market research, and evaluating cost (capex and opex) estimates to build accurate and competitive proposals.
