I have always been fascinated with travel and the places unknown to so many. So I decided to become a flight attendant, that's where my passion for planning and logistics started. I have been planning meetings and events and traveling around globe to make everyone's life easier for over 20 years. I started my own business Banu Event Solutions & Training (B.E.S.T) 14 years ago and it has been such an eye opener and wonderful learning experience. My clients hire me because of my reputation in the industry for being a perfectionist, being creative and thinking out of the box and my pro-activeness (already know what my clients expects of me) staying calm and of my destination, logistics and travel knowledge. When I am not planning conferences, roadshows, congresses, tradeshows or being the lead onsite manager (Saira of all trades), I get certified (no not mental haha) on Healthcare Management courses, Pandemic Compliance Advisor courses, Contact Tracer Course, Certification in Meeting Planning, Volunteers are local chapters of several organizations and of course Zumba Instruction and Cooking. I am also an award-winning Chef. Most recently, took on the most important project - ME. Worked hard and reversed my diabetes diagnosis and took control of my health Journey.
