My law practice focuses exclusively on real estate, commercial, and finance matters. I assist my clients with commercial negotiations and asset acquisition and financing in workouts and bankruptcies.I have negotiated the sale, lease and financing of over one and half billion dollars of property throughout California.I served on the Eastern Alameda County Bar Association’s board of directors and was its President in 2004. I was the President of the Livermore Valley Winegrowers Association, and served as a board member of the Livermore Valley Wine Auction. The Alameda County Board of Supervisors appointed me as chairperson for its Agricultural Advisory Committee in 2001 and 2002. I was appointed by the Alameda Board of Supervisors to the East County Board of Zoning Adjustments in 2006, and I am the public member and past chairperson of the Alameda County Local Agency Formation Commission. I serve on the board of Innovation Tri-Valley Leadership Group and chair its housing, infrastructure and transportation committee. I served as the chairperson of the board of directors of iGATE Development Corporation, an incubator serving emerging technologies and now serve as its counsel. I served on the board of the California Association of Local Agency Formation Commissions. I am a past president of the Livermore Chamber of Commerce. I enjoy being an active member of the Livermore Rotary, and served as the treasurer of Livermore Junior Football League.
