This includes producing progress estimates at design milestones, evaluating material and system costs, reviewing document progress and coordination, and building and maintaining subcontractor and vendor relationships. A key to my success it to assure that potential risk factors have been evaluated and reviewed with key stakeholders and that all value engineering alternatives have been reviewed. Our team will develop detailed scopes of work, pre-qualify bidders and make award recommendations. I will provide document review and advise for constructability and value analysis. Lastly, our team will organize and lead the transition meetings between the project operations team and the preconstruction team and coordinate follow-up meetings to guarantee the success of every project.
