    Skedulo is a platform focused on scheduling mobile workers to drive productivity. It is a software that is purpose-built catering to various industries like Healthcare, Utilities, Government, Banking, and many more. I joined the VP of Enablement to focus on 3 key initiatives: Value Selling, Pipeline Generation, and Go-to-Market unity. Working with the VP of Enablement, EVP of Sales, and RVP of Sales, the Enablement team implemented the ValueSelling Methodology framework with the ValueSelling Associates team. This resulted in a seasoned sales rep lagging in revenue to reach his over $1 million goal for the fiscal year. Partnering with Salesforce and Skedulo's Alliance Manager, quarterly Pipe Ups were executed to drive outbound outreach. This event not only increased call volumes but also helped unite Account Executives and Account Development Reps to drive mentorship and coaching. Upon arriving at Skedulo, one of the main communication breakdowns was between Product and Sales. By creating a weekly Sales Enablement call every Monday named Kiva, product and other departments were asked to provide announcements, updates, and/or upcoming key initiatives. Feedback surveys were presented to the GTM teams monthly in order to ensure relevancy on these weekly calls. This drove participation rates to 80% and helped unite GTM teams.

The three key initiatives I executed at Zuora were: to implement a new learning management system, build an onboarding boot camp program, and evangelize a content management system. In collaboration with HR, Customer Education, and Sales Enablement we shopped for a new learning management system that would suffice for all departments. The new LMS was successfully rolled out to improve time to ramp and provide one single source of truth for employee learning. The LMS boosted productivity among teams who could utilize on one platform customer education modules, leadership and development, and sales onboarding. Executing a successful in-person boot camp along with prepping new hires with self-paced modules was incredibly important at Zuora. Zuora is a complex product with a long sales cycle, which requires proper preparation for new hires joining the field. We successfully revamped and rolled out an onboarding program in 3 months' time. Finally, working in collaboration with Sales Engineering, IT, Sales Management, and Product Marketing the underutilized content management system became the single source of Field Assets for the field-facing teams. Ensuring all of the assets used in their day-to-day lives in one place was highly crucial to promote productivity.
