Ensure that everyone adheres to Policies and Procedures.• Keep a record of the IT equipment list.• Wifi monitoring and Data usage• Assist guests coming in with wifi • Research of remote desktop tools and helpdesk• Make sure students and staff members are connected to wifi uninterrupted• Administrate Ricoh C4500 printer (change the paper of the printer, connect staff members to the Ricoh printer remotely use. Assist and troubleshoot printer issues for staff members).Administrator • Create and update databases and records of all office information/data. • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.• Perform PC,s routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and software apps upgrades.
