(world class fabricator of high energy piping systems) and started IPI Energy Solutions group (specialty in-field welding services).- Launched new initiatives to improve safety (reduced EMR from 0.85 to 0.64) and quality (earned ASME accreditation across three fabrication shops).- In 2016, closed unprofitable business lines and sold remaining viable businesses to strategic buyers.

- Secured nearly $20 million in funding from Silicon Valley and European venture capital firms for pre-revenue business.- Launched commercial operations for a global logistics business using a proprietary, controlled atmosphere packaging solution to enable the ocean transport of highly perishable product instead of air freight (significant cost savings in transport and spoilage, and lower carbon footprint). - Managed sales and marketing functions including developing partnership with U.S. seafood distributors, jointly marketed low carbon footprint benefits of solution to win key retail accounts, and represented the company at speaking engagements at industry conferences.- Launched operations in Chile, including hiring of General Manager, establishing new production facility and onboarding initial launch customers in Chile.- Recruited executive team with a diverse and complementary skill set to continue to grow business.- Served on Board of Directors from September 2007 to November 2014.
