I have worked at an executive level in the not for profit sector for the past 30 years. In that time I have led teams working in both the education and health sectors and been responsible for the development and leadership of a range of influential work aimed at improving the education and health and wellbeing of children and young people. My work in Indigenous education has spanned more than two decades and resulted in a coalition of over 5200 schools working to improve education, employment and health outcomes of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and to promote Reconciliation.Specialties: Leadership development, performance review, international programs, executive coaching, professional learning programs, Indigenous business development and education.
