I have been in the broadcast and production industry since 1990 in many capacities from sweeping floors to my current postion. My early experience is in the area of Systems Integration but the last 20+ years has been spent in Product Management, Business Development and Sales Management. I coach people to be better than they think they can be in pursuit of both individual and collective goals. I'm damn good at it. Sometimes it's about getting them to slide through one smooth turn on snow. Usually, it's about helping them to find ways to help their customer.My teams and their individual members succeed. I would rather stay in the background of that success, but they always know I'm there to help when they need it, in the way they need it.

Many customers all over the world would request more information on an end-to-end content production solution. While I had a high level of knowledge in this space, it wasn't my place to manage the sales opportunity for other product lines.Working with Ross Senior Management and the Director of the Inception and Streamline product lines, we decided to create a new position that allows for a broader focus on the holistic solution that is being demanded by our clients.My new role is to assist the Ross Worldwide Sales Team in developing new opportunities for Automated Production Control, Content Editorial Computer Systems and Media Asset Management Systems individually, but with a specific focus on the benefits of an integrated Ross solution.

North Durham United FC fielded 14 teams in its inaugural season. I had the honour of serving as the founding President of the club.
