• Responsible for managing all aspects of the JDRF One Walk for Utah and Idaho markets, including fundraising and expense management, community outreach, marketing and publicity, volunteer management and recruitment, and all logistical components.• Responsible for achieving gross fundraising of $877,000 (annual average), paying detailed attention to expenses to meet net budget goals.• Identified, recruited, and mobilized strong core group of volunteers to plan and execute three (3) Walks annually (separate committees in each of three markets).• Recruited and developed an average of 200+ fundraising teams (annually), retaining an average of 80% year-over-year, for the JDRF One Walk overseeing their fundraising activities and providing effective coaching to achieve maximum potential.• Worked closely with Executive Director and Chapter Board of Directors to cultivate pipeline for succession in corporate partnerships in Utah and Idaho.• Maintained stewardship plan for major gift donors, corporate sponsors and volunteers.• Secondary support for Mountain Valley Chapter Outreach and gala programs.• Additional responsibility for Chapter social media coordination, website content management, graphic design.

• Managed all aspects of the JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes for Utah and Idaho markets, including all financial and logistical details (at maximum, 6 separate Walk events)• Similar responsibilities as noted above• Secondary support for Utah Chapter Outreach program.
