Task: Project Management, Solutions Architect, Business Analyst, Tier 2 HD, and QA. o Designed and Implemented a COTS replacement related to inventory management and pick-list management and integrated the solution into the core application.ImmsLink - Walmart: (Pharmacy Immunization Tracking and Exchange Application): o Facilitated the Enrollment and Tracking of 10+ State IIS Programs into Pharmacy System Exchange with State Government Immunization Information Systems on behalf of Walmart. o Established the stakeholder tracking and documentation methodologies.Multi-State HUB (HL7 Data Exchange): o Implementing an interstate data exchange, utilizing a pilot National HUB on behalf of the Office of the National Coordinator. o Emerged as the multi-agency lead across ONC, JBS, Accenture, and HP. Maintained group focus, negotiated deliverables and timelines, and provided template documents for all parties utilization to standardize participation across corporate entities.MyIR (Consumer Access Product): o Managed the implementation of a Consumer Access product that empowers consumers by providing secure, authenticated access to copies of their immunization records and vaccine forecasts from the statewide immunization information system (5 States) o Identified critical application flaws 6 weeks prior to Go Live, provided a remediation path, supervised the staff assigned to complete the modifications, and met the client deadline.

Serving the people of Maine by insuring timely and efficient business and technical solutions to meet their vaccine needs. Pre-AD activities:- Consumer Services coordination- Designed Optical Character Reader Solution for Vaccine Management- Audit Remediation, Grant writing, and Supplemental Grant Procurement.- Co-designed Programmatic Vaccine Management changes that netted a savings of $600,000/year.
