Responsible for the QA team for the Spredfast's SMMS solution. Worked to shift from traditional QA metrics (escapes, bug counts, etc) to business oriented metrics focused on client satisfaction (escalations, renewals, etc.)

Lead Charity Dynamics’s work to deliver innovative and effective products that allow non-profits to recognize the benefits of social media and mobile based peer to peer marketing. My team sets the strategy, designs, creates, delivers, and supports these solutions for our clients. We have been able to profitably grow our market adoption, expand our product portfolio, increase our staff, and improve the solutions for our clients. Products included Boundless Fundraising, the leading mobile application for peer-to-peer nonprofit fundraising as well as the Facebook application used by 85+% of the top peer to peer event programs in the US.

Working on Convio's Common Ground product. This solution is built upon the Force.com platform, Salesforce.com's Cloud Computing technology.

AtomicNine works with small and medium sized business to deliver multi-channel marketing solutions. I was responsible for the the solutions to deliver marketing content across the web, assist with automated one-to-one email and direct mail strategies and implement the back office systems to drive and manage the solutions. Heavy focus on Adobe Flex and web frameworks for interactive graphics.

Responsible for the program to verifiy interoperability between 3rd party CPE vendor's devices and Motive's HDM product. This work involves validating the devices' implementation of DSL Forum standards such as TR-69 (Internet Gateway Devices), TR-104 (VoIP), and TR-111 (Pass thru). In addition to the testin work, the team designs and implements automation tools to improve the efficiency of the work.In addition to the CPE testing work, I am also managing the source code management infrastructure and a team of QA engineers that verify product maintenance releases.My team consists of people spread across 4 locations (United States, Costa Rica, India and Belgium).

Management responsibility for quality assurance for new product releases and product maintenance, internationalization and localization of products, and source code management infrastructure. Managed a team comprised of local full time staff, local contractors, and offshore employees.

Start up in the medical information management space. Joined the company early and helped initiate, implement, and maintain the company’s approach for managing the product build, verification, and deployment/hosting of the application. The application was a Java web application on the Dynamo Application Server from ATG.

I was a member of the team that provided the technical support and patch development for Tivoli’s Framework product. This was a CORBA base product when I joined and migrated to a Java based application when I left. This position gave me my first experience establishing and leading a distributed, international team. I worked onsite at the Rome office for 1 year to help establish the Level 3 teams that served the EMEA and AP markets.

Internship at a small company that provided device drivers for various Unix platforms to widen the platform support for various large volume data storage devices. Great experience because the small size of the team allowed me to get hands on experience and ownership for solutions that shipped to market.
