Oversee numerous project budgets in the MTA's $55.4 Billion 2020 - 2024 Capital Program across all asset classes and agencies including: Second Avenue Subway Phase 2, Penn Station Access and Penn Station Reconstruction, and ADA construction contract bundles spanning over thirty station locations at New York City Transit and the commuter rails. Manage quarterly updates to the public-facing Capital Program Dashboard. Prepare executive summaries for Capital Program amendments for presentation to management, the MTA Board, external stakeholders, and the NY State Capital Program Review Board, which must approve all substantial changes to the 5-year Plan. Monitor the performance of the MTA's Small Business Mentoring Program.

I headed up a wonderful clerical staff of 36 dedicated persons who did their best to make our little corner of Census 2010 work. (See organization chart) My department was responsible for testing, vetting, selecting and training field-based personnel.
