I define and manage the company's social media assets and marketing contents with full responsibility for the content strategy. Among my responsibilities are:- Guide to multiple projects: from major brand campaigns, to influencer marketing, to product and service launches- Monitoring of online conversations about the brand and its competitors- Social media performance monitoring- Support for community management- Development and execution of digital competitions, digital PR and launch of events

As a service designer my goal was to ensure the design of products and services with an emphasis on the quality and thoughtfulness of the customer experience so that every point of contact within the customer's interaction with a product or service was designed to deliver experiences based on the brand promise.

In developing the best online experience for our customers my main responsibilities were:- Define the website structure and navigation guidelines- Increase customer engagement and satisfaction (CDI and NPS)- Manage SEO activities- Ensure a tone of voice consistent with the brand image- Analyze online customer behavior and usage (click flow analysis), define and implement online performance monitoring tools, features and processes

In the amazing city of Rome I had the privilege of experiencing the start up of the Vodafone Italy Foundation. Among my responsibilities:- Guiding the definition of areas of intervention of the Foundation based on priorities, needs, and criticalities of the communities in which the Foundation operates- Develop and implement projects and initiatives in support of the areas of interest- Contribute to the dissemination of the cultural values supported by the Foundation through the direct involvement of customers, employees, opinion leaders, institutions, participation in organization of events, meetings and workshops, partnerships with institutions and corporate foundations for the development of projects, joint initiatives and sharing of know-how.

I started my career at Vodafone as a learning specialist where I mainly dealt with defining, designing and measuring Vodafone Italy's learning and skills development strategy in alignment with the development strategy of people and company needs.
