Reporting to the EGM Services with 6 direct reportsResponsibilities:• Create maximum value with available resources • Develop and cascade the company strategy to all department employees• Implement appropriate awards/ recognition and coaching/ corrective practices to align personnel with company goals• Plan by prioritising customer, employee and organisational requirements• Maintain and monitor staffing levels, skills, expectations and motivation to fulfil organisational requirements• Drive performance measures for the operation balancing efficiency and effectiveness. • Drive improvement in customer satisfaction results.• Deliver desired outcomes in the most cost effective way and within budget.• Monitor and increase staff engagement.
