Adding another role, I made a great shift in my career. I started to guide organizations to envision, create and land digital transformation roadmaps. Merging modern technologies with industry knowledge. I love what I do!Bringing the most of the Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions with some of the greatest hardware for Unified Communication I am sure that I can contribute with digital transformation.Today my motivation is understanding the challenges that a lot of companies faces and trace a new “road” helping them along the digital transformation move. I always ensure that business value is created, and everyone is engaged in this new era. My daily basis is meeting with C-Levels, IT leaders and HR to understand and drive the journey to the cloud.So much to share… I created a YouTube channel to help people around the world drive the change smoothly.

In the beginning of 2008, as soon as I started as Head of IT, I made a partnership with a huge datacenter company in US to move some services from our datacenter to US. In this move, I have increased our profit more than 30%. In this same year, I started a move to virtualize all our servers in the datacenter gaining speed, elasticity and improving our profit.In 2010 I made a lot of efforts to improve some of our products and with some changes in our security solutions (improving our partnership with SonicWall) we started to sell more and more increasing our BU year after year receiving a prize for the best educational project of 2012 and be one of the greatest selling partner of Latin America.Thanks for the fantastic team that I have, we were recognized in 2017 (calendar year 2016) for one of the IT SMB companies that has the best profit margins in Brazil.

Reporting directly to the IT Director of the company I started to manage all Service Desk team, Field Services, and IT Specialists. Understanding some ITIL processes was a big challenge. With my new role I started to understand some of the issues of our customers, and I strived to solve them all. Here I started to think... How can I improve our customers processes and keep them happy?

With my new objectives came a new passion too. Training people was and still is something that keeps me motivated! My goals were training some people of my team and manage our datacenter network and infrastructure.

With more experience, I started to troubleshoot some more complex environments in servers. My challenges were to troubleshoot some of the following servers: DNS, POP, IMAP, HTTP/S, RADIUS, MySQL, FTP. Developing S2S and P2S VPNs were a big challenge too.

I started working young (at sixteen). My primary objective was helping customers connect to the internet using analog lines. TCP/IP, DNS, PPP, Frame-relay were my daily basis subjects. Working with four different OSs (Linux, SPARC, Windows NT and Windows 3.1) in that time were a big challenge.
