Scott is a graduate of Missouri Southern State University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology Education with a Minor in Business. Scott also completed Graduate Management Schools at Northwestern University in Chicago and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware. Scott is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Northeastern Oklahoma Community Health Center, (NEO Health) one of 22 Federally Qualified Health Centers in Oklahoma. With 13 locations in four counties of Northeast Oklahoma, NEO Health offers Primary Care, Pediatrics, OB/GYN Women's Health, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy, and Ear, Nose, Throat, and Allergy.Scott is actively involved with community activities including Leadership Tahlequah Class 14, Tahlequah Kiwanis, Tahlequah Chamber of Commerce activities, Cherokee County Health Service Council and others. Scott currently serves on the State Boards of the Oklahoma Primary Care Association, Oklahoma Rural Health Association and the Patient Care Network of Oklahoma. He is currently the Board Chair of the Oklahoma Primary Care Association. Scott received the 2015 Outstanding Leader of the Year from the Oklahoma Primary Care Association.
