Lead PMO team of distributed program/project managers that own the delivery of large-scale enterprise programs and projects deploying IT infrastructure including compute, network, storage, middleware and database systems. Leading the IT Portfolio and Tooling effort that is transforming Visa into an Agile at Scaled Enterprise. Transformation includes moving Product and Technology Portfolios and Product Groups to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) based tools, processes and value creation models. Transformation is unlocking the Agility of the Enterprise by migrating teams to common agile platforms (Atlassian's Jira Align and Jira) that connect business strategy with execution. Results include arming leadership with near real time data that makes all work visible across the Enterprise, ensures work is always tied to business strategy and objectives and raises the ability to track and manage risks/dependencies while ensuring outcomes are delivering the business case value that was used to fund the work. Key deliverables include migrating teams off legacy waterfall platforms, decommissioning said platforms and bringing the entire enterprise onto the new Agility practices and tools.

Responsible for Visa’s Distributed Computing/Open Systems Operations & Infrastructure PMO overseeing deployment of IT infrastructure and capital assets (network, compute, storage, etc.) across global data centers. Overseeing strategic investments in global data center expansion, IT disaster recovery (system recoverability, scalability and resiliency), Cybersecurity, and Compliance as well as investments to streamlining IT service delivery and pipeline management across Visa.

Also responsible for preparing the Network, Operations & Wholesale Division's annual Strategic Plan and Operating Playbook, administering multi-billion dollar network spend and cash management programs, and overseeing division compliance with corporate audit, security and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) initiatives.• Managed the sunset of the Nextel iDEN National Network including the migration of millions of customers from 2G to 4G Network services, the treatment of large business contracts, launch of new devices on LTE to support the transition and the shutdown of all iDEN infrastructure including Mobile Switching Centers (MSC's) and 30K Cell Towers and Base Transceiver Stations (BTS's).• Directed a Migration War Room that worked hand in hand with Product, Sales and Marketing to target high value subscribers for network migration, ultimately saves thousands of business and corporate customers and exceeded the projected business case save rate by 47%.• Led the launch of Sprint Spark 4G LTE high-speed data service on Band 41 (2.5 GHz) radio frequency spectrum delivering industry leading wireless data speeds (40-50 Mbps) for consumer and business customers.• Successfully led the Clearwire Merger & Acquisition (M&A) effort for Network, Operations and Wholesale (NOW) integrating employees, networks and IT systems into Sprint.• Spearheaded Brightstar service transition program across product, device management, forward and reverse logistics, and financial services.• Supervised Sarbanes-oxley (SOX) Compliance Program including quarterly and annual review of controls, testing and certification to division Presidents and COO.

Led consultative pre-sale, sale and business development efforts for Business and Operational Support System (BSS/OSS) software, hardware and manage service/outsourcing solution sales initiatives across Amdocs full suite of Customer Experience System (CES) products and services.

Directed program management, account relationship and P/L of Sprint’s largest wireless wholesale and affiliate account relationships with independent public and private companies. Led teams as large as 15 direct reports with $3M operating budget reporting to Division VP.• Led turnaround of largest wholesale account by targeting high value/risk subs with retention offers that drove 350bp reduction in churn; also rolled out 3G data products increasing average data revenue per user by 67%.• Launched 2nd fastest growing wholesale account with 61K gross customer additions in first year of operation.• Drove low account satisfaction scores into the +90th percentile by implementing a scorecard system whereby employee bonuses were tied directly to ratings received from the accounts.• Supported divestiture of Sprint’s local wireline division creating Embarq, a new $6B Fortune 500 company. • Directed 159 Transition and 16 Commercial Service Agreements responsible for settlements of $25M/mo.

Managed business development, operations and sales activities for 6 of Sprint’s largest Affiliate partner companies with $750 Million in annual revenue and extending cellular coverage to 56M people.

Directed the build out and launch of new Affiliate/Franchise businesses across the US covering 53 markets. Conducted 3 conversion projects involving complex network and back office infrastructure changes with multiple publiclytraded companies.

Led the rollout of Sprint PCS product, marketing, and sales (direct & indirect) initiatives to 19 Affiliates. Created and launched an Affiliate web site portal. Stood up and built the initial support structure, model, and processes used as the foundation for the Sprint PCS wireless Affiliate program.

Managed product development, marketing and lifecycle operations for wireless Voicemail, Paging, Directory Assistance, Operator Services, Voice Activated Dialing, and Home location service product sets within Sprint PCS.

Program/Project lead for the US Department of Energy (DOE) and US Air Force (USAF) Environmental Directorate on a jointly funded ($6M/year) research and development program using science and technology to develop environmentally friendly ways to treat, recycle and/or dispose of hazardous and radioactive chemical waste byproducts stemming from DOE and USAF/DOD manufacturing and maintenance processes. Program benefits included massive reductions in waste chemical byproducts through the means of various program solutions.
