Responsible for leading a multi-site organization through the ERP implementation process. This was successfully achieved by managing the project scope, budget, timeline, and resources, while reporting progress to our executive committee. Working with our consultants and SME’s, common processes, standards and business tools were developed which complemented the implementation and culture change that came with it.Current focus is on continued user training, increasing data visibility, reporting, process refinement, documentation management and business process automation.
