I was lucky to be a part of one of the largest Podiatry groups in the Mid-Atlantic.Responsible for managing all payroll tasks for 90+ locations, 700+ employees across 3 component companies both bi-weekly and semi-monthly.I handled the day to day operation and oversaw the administration of most areas within Human Resources for our northern east coast region including benefits administration, employee relations, investigations, recruiting, HRIS management, payroll processing, policy interpretation, workers’ compensation process, and the training of various leadership roles. I regularly partnered with the HR Director and senior leadership to develop and implement various HR initiatives and processes. Additionally I provide guidance to management and key leaders on human resources issues, employment law, and development of new programs and initiatives to meet the needs of the organization.
