Atlas Scholars is a three-year, year-round professional development program that provides high school students with mentorship, scholarships, and exposure to professional environments. Worked directly alongside Executive Director. Performed clerical, administrative, and compliance duties and also actively participated in the recruitment and retention of our Scholars.

Provided assistance with incoming/outgoing emails, calls, and postal mail. Worked alongside the finance department to provide general bookkeeping, data entry, and posted patient/payor payments. Managed and kept organization of supplies, compliance duties and provided communication from employees to upper management. Supervised by the Talent Acquisition department, managed onboarding and orientation processes.
