Collaborating on human resource functions, including recruitment, retention, evaluation, and professional growth of staff. Coordinate budget preparation and periodic financial analysis of agency. Provide direction, support, and guidance of new program implementation including syringe exchange development and harm reduction advocacy. Manage fundraising efforts and collaborate with co-director to create the agency’s first fundraising tracking system as well as implementing routine donor solicitation.
