Currently serving as the Chief Innovation and Technology Officer (CITO) at GoShop Energy, I am at the forefront of digital transformation and innovation, playing a key role in positioning our company as a leader in the energy sector in Africa. My mission is to bridge the gap between concrete actions and their digitalization, thereby actualizing our strategic vision.Under my leadership, the development team and I have transformed our operations by integrating Odoo, a management system that has increased our operational efficiency by 75%. This digitalization has enabled us to convert the actions of our employees into actionable data, leading to a significant improvement in sales and more precise project management.My vision goes beyond technical aspects, encompassing the training and skill development of our 200 collaborators. By equipping them with the necessary tools, we ensure that GoShop Energy remains innovative and at the forefront of technology.As CITO, my role is to ensure that each technical innovation is not just an advancement for GoShop Energy, but also a driver of sustainable growth and international recognition.
