It also involves managing a portfolio of technology services, including incident management, performance analytics, risk assurance, and contract management. Accountable for ensuring that technology strategies are formulated and delivered in a safe, consistent, and integrated manner, while also overseeing the design, implementation, and adoption of organizational capabilities for operational technologies.
