As a Application Development Staff Consultant for ConocoPhillips, I am responsible for the continuous evaluation of the applications and business process within ConocoPhillips. My team provides custom application development and development guidance to global technology teams through enterprise consulting services and our Application Development Community of Practice. Within this group, I specialize in application development of innovative solutions utilizing my training as a Certified Scrum Master and extensive experience with project and coordination of small and large teams distributed around the world.I am honored to be a Mendix MVP since 2021 and serve as a Coach in the ConocoPhillips Application Development Community of Practice for Mendix. Managed a team of 9 software developers to support, maintain and develop new features for Entertainment Partners' web-based Virtual Production Office. The feature areas included:* PCard - a prepaid debit card solution to replace petty cash for film and television productions.* Payroll - A tool for clients to manage payroll data submissions, validation and download for the primary business function of Entertainment Partners.* Document Management - A document storage solution developed specifically for the entertainment industry.My primary responsibilities included aligning the team for project work.Ensure my team provides timely 2nd or 3rd tier support as requested by the Customer Support team.Coordinate with other IT groups including Quality Assurance, Architecture and Infrastructure teams.Work closely with Sr management to deliver innovative solutions to our customer's requests.

From the ground up my team built The Studio System as a web based service to provide a research platform for casting agents and directors to locate both above the line and below the line talent for Film and Television productions.
