Responsible for the evolution of the Portt core platform in line with the overarching product vision and company strategy. The Portt platform takes your sourcing activities and supplier contracts and transforms them into strategic business assets.The core platform includes;• Portt 1.0• Portt 2.0• Portt Discover• Portt HubAcross this platform, I am responsible for;• Conceptualising, designing, and managing new products from idea through to deployment• Identifying and sourcing ideas and innovations for existing products• Collaborating with customers and industry SMEs to solve problems and pain points• Implementing efficient solutions and enabling new outcomes• Uplifting and improving existing products to new technology• Working with diverse, cross functional teams to efficiently deliver updates to customers• Providing support internally leveraging years of product knowledge • Driving internal structure, setting processes for the Product Team• Work closely with the CEO to ensure their vision is being delivered

My broad skills include business analysis, workshop facilitation, documentation and stakeholder engagement within the IT, procurement and contract management fields.I have over 5 years’ experience as a business and technical analyst and am adept at capturing customer requirements and enhancements and managing them throughout implementations. I have worked extensively with NSW Government and New Zealand Federal agencies around Progenitor implementations, and encourage innovation and proactive thought throughout all projects.
