I am an ESG/Sustainability Impact Research Analyst, Rater, & Consultant, Educator, Writer and a Student of Philosophy with an educational background in Mechanical Engineering. I started my work journey as an intern in Mechanical Design Industry, then moved into the Staffing & Recruitment Industry, but over time, my concern grew about the worsening condition of our Earth, which compelled me to move towards Sustainability, embracing Veganism and Minimalism, with a goal to bring sustainability in the world, and my own daily life choices. After remotely working in sustainability for over 3 years now, I have developed a good working knowledge of various ESG/Sustainability reporting framework, standards & rating systems used across the world such as UN SDGs, SASB (ISSB), GRI, TCFD, CDP, BRSR, ASRS, ESRS (CSRD), ISO 14001, ISO 50001, NABERS etc. My work in Sustainability primarily focus on industry-specific ESG research and data analysis, writing insightful Impact articles & reports, sustainability assessment & ESG gap analysis for recommending sustainability strategies, and facilitating dashboard creation for various global companies in compliance with the reporting frameworks & standards. And with a proven track record of publishing over 390 & rating over 4,800 Impact analyses/reports on multiple companies worldwide, I consistently deliver valuable data-driven insights to all stakeholders.In total I have 6+ years of professional experience: 3 years in ESG & Sustainability, 3 years in Staffing & Recruiting, and 3.5 years in Education & Training sectors. This includes over 2.5 years of teaching Mathematics, Science, and Philosophy to diverse learners including dyslexic individuals, and 1 year of providing CAD/CAM training. In recruitment, I led teams in full-cycle hiring for US-based clients across various IT & Non-IT roles. Further, I am currently pursuing my Post Graduate Degree in Sustainability Science and Master's Degree in Philosophy, which is deepening my understanding of the both the world outside and inside me. Apart from work, I love playing any sport - Tennis, Table Tennis, Badminton, Football, Carrom Pool etc., reading/researching scientific and spiritual literature, volunteering for animal welfare, doing vegan activism, and observing to learn from life and nature around me.
