That’s what I do.As an Enterprise Service Management professional, I combine my love of great service delivery with my years of experience in service delivery, service management, enterprise solutions, consulting and project management to guide clients to outstanding enterprise solutions.I’ve provided project management, business and technical analysis, change management and consulting for a range of organisations since 2001 with over a decade of service delivery in the financial sector prior to that. The focus of these engagements has been on the implementation of enterprise systems, processes and support mechanisms aimed at delivering IT and Business improvements.One of my traits is something that my wife hates but you will love. When I go to a museum or exhibition I love to read all the plaques and descriptions. I love understanding not only how things work but why. The same applies for my clients, I like to know how they work and why. Sometimes the why is to understand the objectives and vision of the business, sometimes the why is to understand how I can improve the process or service experience.
