When I go to a museum or exhibition I love to read all the plaques and descriptions. I love understanding not only how things work but why. The same applies for my clients, I like to know how they work and why. Sometimes the why is to understand the objectives and vision of the business, sometimes the why is to understand how I can improve the process or service experience.
