CurrentDeveloping my skills in the telecommunications industry by building Zzoomms own full fibre network. Reading and working with fibre schematics, fibre connectivity paths and straight-line drawings.Utilising both traditional and PIA build - Terminating fibre into various types of closures including primary nodes, aerial and underground nodes, customer drop cabinets and joint closures. At Zzoomm, my role has expanded to include network maintenance and complex fault resolution, ensuring the seamless operation of our infrastructure. I specialize in identifying and resolving major outages, utilizing advanced troubleshooting techniques to quickly restore service and maintain network reliability.Other key responsibilities:• Perform network maintenance to ensure consistent uptime and optimal performance across our network.• Engage in complex fault-finding to diagnose and resolve issues, minimizing downtime and impact on customers.• Work to resolve major outages, coordinating with different teams to restore service efficiently and effectively.• Use diagnostic tools and software to pinpoint issues within the network, implementing solutions that ensure long-term stability.• Maintain a strong focus on preventative maintenance, regularly monitoring the network to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
