Alpha was born as a scaffold company, but after pivoting from a partnership it has morphed into a consulting and marketing firm to help others achieve the same dynamic growth curve that we have time and time again. We keep a very limited client base who are serious about growth within the industry and fit our core values and model for growth.

Together with my wife, we have built an award winning rock and crystal shop that has exceeded even our own wildest dreams. Our shop strives to support small businesses and sole proprietors in more than 16 different countries by sourcing materials and minerals directly from these local businesses and artisans in the villages the minerals originate from, thus leaving the money directly in their local economies. Some of the amazing localities we source from include Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Zimbabwe, Madagascar, Indonesia, Libya, Pakistan, Morocco, Turkey, India, and several others.

** Peak Access has been acquired by United Rentals **I designed and drafted the business model for Peak Access while flying from a job interview back in 2015. It would take me four years to put the final touches in order to launch it and find the best partners to go in with. We finalized the partnership in the first quarter of 2020 with just $15k in startup capital. Our initial goal was always to be purchased by URI within the first three years following their very own model for growth through acquisition. If planned and executed properly, this would have been an amazing synergy. Following their business model for more than two decades, I knew exactly what would need to be done to fit within that model as an ideal acquisition and we executed accordingly. Through this plan I was able to identify and utilize a huge discrepancy in their growth model for the scaffolding industry and brought them to our table in less than ten months. Unfortunately, it was too soon to replace ourselves out of the company and I didn’t feel that URI fit my core values that included putting our team first. Tracking $7.5mil for 2021, I felt that this wasn’t a good move any longer and my partners wanted to continue, so I exited my creation prior to the sale allowing me to avoid any restrictive covenants. Peak was born out of necessity. Our number one goal was to grow and cultivate a company that brought back true customer service and responsiveness back to the scaffolding and access industry while providing a seamless client experience. We achieved that almost instantaneously. We took market share in nearly every Florida market quickly while others were retreating because of Covid, capturing nearly $3mil in revenue in the first 12 months and building out our team to more than 60 employees prior to acquisition.
