Associate Account Executive Recruiter
Current Constantly manages, develops, nurtures and directly liaisons the recruiting, selecting and hiring processes and business relationships between all Clients and physicians/clinicians candidates for the states of AR, DC, MI, NE, NH, OK and WV for all Anesthesia locums. Could be responsible for 30-50 job openings at one time. Responsible for sourcing, contacting, and screening physicians/clinicians candidates daily to determine their suitability for locum tenens assignments for all Clients (Big, Small or Complex staffing needs) within my territory states. Develops recruitment strategies for attracting, identifying, and engaging talent for open jobs in assigned territory states. Uses Job Descriptions to create employment ads. Sources candidates from multiple channels (i.e. our internal database or outside resources by way of cold calling, research, job boards, Linkedin, Indeed, job postings, networking, etc). Reviews profiles and resumes, sending appropriate candidates to the Hiring Client. Builds and manages a consistent pipeline of candidates for the open Anesthesia Locum Assignments nationwide within designated Territory states. Engages candidates by creating and maintaining positive branding on LT.com hiring pages. Conducts initial screening phone interviews using best practices, while following federal/state guidelines. Creates, manages and updates candidate profiles for the Applicant Tracking System (Salesforce). Schedules phone, virtual, and in-house interviews with the Client Hiring Manager/HR Manager in appropriate time zones. Follows up with candidates after interviews with feedback regarding the interview process and status of available role. Manages and coordinates the hiring process with our Hiring Client after physicians/clinicians are selected. Obtains proper candidate documentation for the hiring and onboarding process after being selected. Prepares written correspondence to include inquires, reports, and briefings.
