Tasked with the global implementation of organizational transformation. Focused on the effectiveness of our organizational structures, critical capabilities/skillsets & practices. The goal was to deliver organizational and behavioral agility, to empower our people to deliver leading-edge global technology solutions ensuring continued customer success. Acting as a global champion for building a diversity & inclusion culture through a range of programs, such as Women Re: Boot, Teen-Turn, and Women@Openet.
