I developed my business in the financial consulting and digital marketing area. I work helping companies to raise funds, renegotiate debts, increase revenue through advertising in social media and develop indicators and high performance management and information systems for business strategy.

Responsible for managing the Financial, HR, IT and M&A sectors of a large footwear group in southern Brazil. Factories responsible for producing the main shoes of the brands Levis, Le Lis Blanc, Rosa Chá, BoBô, Corello, Bluebird, Dudalina, Capodarte, among others. Developed strategic partnerships with financial institutions in order to finance the financial cycle of the footwear industry, developed indicators, controls and best-practices for each area. Improved performance of information systems, reduced debt with suppliers (extra-judicial recovery plan, renegotiation with more than 100 suppliers). Reduced labor expenses by 20% without losing efficiency and productive capacity.
