Notable Project Accomplishments:  Core team member responsible for the management and oversight of over 50 office integrations and closures across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.  Managed a rapid planning, design/build $5m Tenant Improvement of 35,000sf, restack of the campus, and change management plan. The project also included upgrades of 2 cafes, upgrades in 2 data centers, and move of 600 people complete within 4 1/2 months. Conducted a feasibility/budget study for the site selection, design, and construction of a Tier 3+ 5MW Data Center. Led a global team of subject matter experts to create the basis of design, and contracted with a firm to develop design and cost models. The project deliverables provided the content for recommendations of location, design, and budget costs to the SAP Management and Board of Directors. Concept / Design / Construction of free-air cooling system in the Palo Alto data center. The regional computing center located below grade provided significant challenges to designing and installing a free air cooling system. Conducted the project from concept to commissioning, justifying the investment in the project by demonstrating utility and maintenance cost savings.  Design / Construction of a new regional data center in the new LA Century Plaza office.  Pre-Con services for projects in Lima and Buenos Aires.  Sustainable projects included: Design/install of electric vehicle charge stations, 2 - 100kw photovoltaic systems, LED lighting upgrade, building power metering, and implementation of an integrated building management system that collects real-time power data, evaluates lighting levels, HVAC controls, and room occupancy.  Created the workplace vision for the Palo Alto campus to support collaboration, new development methodologies, and attract younger talent to SAP. Renovation of over 135,000sf while maintaining 24/7 uptime of a regional computing center, was the final puzzle piece in the transformation.

Notable Project Accomplishments:  iSagacity - Project Manager for the design and overseas development of a Portal designed to receive information from a hand-held water testing device via cellular technologies and GPS mapping. The data received pin-points where each water sample has been acquired and indicates whether the sample is with specified tolerances on a real-time map. Samples out of tolerance were flagged to be retested and identified as a possible contaminated water source allowing for maximum response time to avoid pubic danger.  Federal Realty Investment Trust - Strategic consulting and custom development of enterprise applications. The most significant project was the conversion of all their corporate data for their properties, client, and lease management from individual databases to MS SQL server and a new portal application. Drake Beam Morin - Leadership, PM, and development services for 3 key portal projects.

Notable Project Accomplishments:  NASA Sounding Rocket Operations Contract Information Management Support System: Project Manager and lead developer for the NSROC IMSS is a portal application that provides access into various back-end NASA systems, Document Management, and Site Administration functionality.  Innovator, designer, and Lead Developer for the Project Genesis CPM (Construction Project Management) Application.
