Within the Double Deck Product Family in charge of the market and competitor analysis for the of Double Deck Regional, Commuter and Intercity segments.In this role, I report directly to the Head of Global Product Marketing and as matrix manager to the Product Family Manager Double Deck, developping the intellingence for product and competition, providing the product-specific knowledge, ensuring the comprehensiveness and consistency of the products portfolio.Moreover, support to the Global Sales community to define the BT best fitting product to the identified opportunities, promoting the BT platform solutions.

Responsable for bid management of the rolling stock in the italian market in charge of a cross-functional bid team to prepare compliant and competitive offers, obtaining first the Company’s mandate to submit the offer according to the company policies.Main bids: Z1 driving coaches for Trenitalia, High Speed train for RENFE Spain, Very High Speed train FR/BE for TRENITALIA Italy, Revamping LOCO S253 RENFE.Commercial manager of the Primove Division in Italy, in charge of developing and introducing this innovative mobility solution based on battery powered vehicles (Ebuses, Battery train and tramway, etc.) with inductive opportunity charging to the market. Speaker in the main italian sector conferences, promoting the Primove technology and the relevant advantages.

Commercial manager for Italy within the Division Mainline and Metros, responsible for promotional activities of Bombardier’s portfolio of passenger vehicles, metros and tramways and in charge of the definition of the Country Strategy for DMU, EMU, Locomotives and High Speed train proposals. From 2009 to 2010, I contributed to the Cooperation Agreement between Bombardier and Ansaldobreda/ Finmeccanica for the very High Speed trains that resulted in the won bid for 50 VHST trains (Frecciarossa1000/V300ZEFIRO). Main bids: 10 locos E464 for the Customer FER Emilia Romagna (30 MEUR), 50 trainsets V300ZEFIRO for the Customer Trenitalia (1.600 MEUR). Bid submitted on 2009 to FNM for 11 DEMU and to Trenitalia for 70 EMU Regional on 2011.
