I graduated in Physics and has a post graduation in MBA from Gandhigram Rural Institute, Deemed University, an institution that is built upon the ideals and principles of Mahatma Gandhi. Have to my credit one year of technical experience and three years of teaching experience. Started my career with NEST Technologies, Infopark, Kochi, later went on to be the HR Manager at Mary Matha College, Mananthavady. Before joining Rajadhani Business School, I worked as Assistant Professor in Christ Nagar College, Maranalloor, Trivandrum, Kerala. I have to my credit two international publications with one on ‘Brand Ambassadors’. Alongside, I have also been working as a soft skill trainer for the past four years. My venture, a training institute named PATHFINDER started functioning from 2017. I had also been a part of the Kerala University BBA syllabus revision committee in the year 2017. Completed a google certified course on ‘Online Marketing’ and got special appreciation from Google for promoting MOOC courses. Along with students wrote a book on 'Management of Creativity'. Presented papers in different universities including SRM, VIT & Haryana Central University. Recently visited Putra Business School, Malaysia.
