CI has different tracks such as Dashboard, Deviation Monitoring, Online Tuning, Manual Task Automation and Batch Optimization. • Manual Task Automation aims to reduce the manual effort of analyzing and resolving the tickets. This automation framework integrates incidents with its corresponding application helping in resolving the issues automatically• Predominantly worked on analyzing the application, the feasibility of automating it, followed by the SDLC methods• Shell scripting automation has been to one of the applications.
