As a Digital Content Officer I was responsible for creating engaging content for multiple digital platforms and channels including the website, intranet, email, and social media. I am well adverse in producing digital solutions and delivering customer journeys that meet user needs by analysing data, using online analytics and customer insights. My portfolio areas included registrations, children’s social care and health and wellbeing as well as day-to-day tasks.

During my two years as an apprentice I assisted the digital, marketing and media teams in many areas. From helping out with press releases and PR events with councillors to sending out email bulletins and planning and evaluating social media campaigns. As part of my apprenticeship I worked towards gaining my Level 3 and Level 4 Diploma in digital marketing, each consisting of 12 classroom based modules and 9 workplace modules.
