During her eight-year tenure, she was instrumental in building USST’s music department from scratch and implementing an innovative programme that merges technological training with performing art practices.Scarlett was the first classical musician ever admitted to the Mid-Career Master in Public Administration (MC-MPA) program with an Edward S. Mason Fellow title at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government (HKSG).
